'Mirror Mirror' release delayed two weeks

Mirror Mirror, Tarsem Singh’s whimsical Snow White film, has been pushed back from its March 16 release date. Now Julia Roberts’ Evil Queen will make her debut in theaters on March 30, which still gives Mirror Mirror a two-month lead on competing project Snow White and the Huntsman. Lily Collins plays the lead in the Relativity production, with Armie Hammer as her prince. Nathan Lane, Sean Bean, and Mare Winningham also star.

Previously dated for June 29, 2012, Relativity’s Untitled Snow White Project, directed by Tarsem Singh (Immortals), will now release on March 16, 2012. Safe Haven, based on Nicholas Sparks’ best-selling novel, will release on June 1, 2012. Hunter Killer, directed by Phillip Noyce (Salt), will release on December 21, 2012.
