    Told through the narration of the wizard Merlin (Sam Neill), this epic fantasy re-imagines the legend of King Arthur. In the Middle Ages, Merlin trains Arthur to be a great king despite a condemning prophecy by the evil Queen Mab (Miranda Richardson). To ensure Arthur his rightful place on the throne, Merlin faces an onslaught of opposition from all sides. But the battle is only beginning when villainous forces conspire to rise up against the new king and his guardian wizard.
