Movie fans! In this movie, both Morgan Freeman and Aaron Eckhart play the role of the President. Who do you think wouldve done a better job? Hypothetically of course!

Aaron Eckhart he was so believable and I would trust him plus he is not bad on the eyes..........

Aaron Eckhart--because he stood by "the US does not negotiate with terrorists"; meanwhile Morgan Freeman was holding back on attacking the White House even though he was watching the Cerebus codes being entered one by one.

Morgan Freeman would have approached the office with grace and wisdom! He has literally played God, the President would be a breeze.

Morgan Freeman, by far. He has age, wisdom and experience. He was President during another crisis, you know. *cough* Deep Impact *cough*

Finally got around to watching this movie. Interesting concept, good action. However, the computer animation was sub par and very obvious what was computer generated, video footage of the aircraft carrier was not current as F-14 Tomcats were retired years ago before this movie's time frame. And the White House being taken hostage like that is what I would hope to be a doubtful scenario in real life. Other than that this was a decent movie.
