The New Standard For Superhero Movies

What movie did you see? This movie was the most pompous, over blown, illogical and stupid piece of dreck to hit the screen since Spidey 3. Bane is a useless waste of a character who did nothing but pose and spout 1st grade logic concerning the economic state of the world. And it was hard to understand, his garbled dialogue, especially when the cornball music swelled. Am I the only one whose eyes glazed over when one of the cast delivered yet another boring speech staring into the camera while the violins swelled? Batman was reduced to a bit player in his own movie--yes, Nolan is so darn clever. He managed to create a tasteless disaster and dress it in the emperor's new clothes. I could go on and on but everyone is too afraid to anger this cinematic god. Allow me-- Chris Nolan, you should be ashamed of yourself for this garbled piece of excess. You are capable of so much better. STAY AWAY FROM SUPER-HEROES. You coasted through last time on the ghost of Hearth Ledger's amazing performance but nothing stands out is this junk. Except for that oh-so-sweet Anne Hathaway.
