I think I cried more during this movie than any movie before. But it was so touching and wonderful I found the acting to be amazing and it seemed very natural. It had a very believable quality among the cast during the various range of emotions. Loved it and would definitely recommend to others and watch it again.

The ladies really went through the tissues on this one. Personally I found "Up" to be more emotional, perhaps it was just the siituations.

I thought the movie was great. It raised a good moral question about the value of a person's life. I think the actress that was playing the part of the sick girl should have been credited too along with Cameron Diaz and Abigail Breslin. I would be careful though if you have a tendency to become depressed. This movie caused me to have some depressed feelings.

I loved the movie especially the strong personality of Cameron Diaz's character. The acting was great from the entire cast and YES I cried.

Good movie, not as much of a tear-jerker as I was expecting. Cameron Diaz did a very good job portraying a mother.

The ending was what made me shed a tear. It was when Cameron was given the okay to finally let her daughter go. It was touching and emotional to see Cameron sleep by her side one final night. I also enjoyed the scrapbook scene when she reminisced about the memories she had with her loved ones. Another tear-jerking scene.

I read the book and thought the book and the movie were great. The movie had a different ending than the book. It was an interesting twist. It is what most people that read the book thought what if... A movie that makes you think and makes your heart cry. As the mother what would I do. It is easy to think what you might do when all the facts are given.

I thought this movie was phenomenal-- a tearjerker, for sure. My wife and I went to see it together, neither of us being familiar with the book that it is based on. (After seeing it we heard that the ending in the movie is different from the ending in the book, so readers beware..) We thought it was a very touching, realistically emotional movie, with great use of flashbacks for the story progre...more

The movie was good....but left out very important part that were in the book that I felt were important to the plot of the story. I was disappointed with the movie, but if you have not read the book the movie would be good.

I liked the courtroom scene where her brother tells her to tell the truth and she does.

The movie was a little too formulaic for me and too much of a tear jerk-er. good solid acting.

This is a VERY good movie- it is very real and deep. But it can be very depressing though! So buyer beware. ha ha

I found the scenes with the scrap book to be very touching. The characters interaction during the chemo sessions brought about laughter and tears from the veiwers. All in all a very tender story about life and a families ultimate sacrifice for each other.

It was such a raw, real, powerful movie. The acting was amazing. It was so well written and directed. I loved the creativity and emotion of the sceen with the scrapbook. I was touched by the teen love aspect. My favorite sceen was between the mom and daughter near the end of the movie.

The movie did not do the book justice. It was a good film but the book was great. The movie characters lacked development and substance and all the humor and emotions of the book characters.

Acting was terrific throughout the movie. The best was last, of course, bringing tears to most everyone ... the scenes with the scrapbook which allowed "mom" to finally surrender to the ultimate outcome.
