DINE WITH THE STARS OF THE LOOK EAST KOREAN FILM FESTIVAL – BYUNG-HUN LEE, AHN SUNG-KI AND PIERRE RISSIENT

WHAT:
Fans of Korean cinema can experience a special dinner prepared by famed Chef Ludo Lefebvre in a private dining room at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, on Saturday, June 23 with filmmakers and celebrities from the Look East Korean Film Festival (LEF). Chef Ludo has created a stunning menu for the celebratory feast that includes passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by an elegant dinner with a mouthwatering selection of Japchai, foie gras, marinated-braised short ribs and a decadent dessert of crème fraiche panna cotta, caviar and caramel.

The dinner will celebrate the three festival honorees - Korean actors Lee Byung-Hun (G.I. Joe: The Retaliation, RED 2) and Ahn Sung-K (Unbowed), and international filmmaker, Pierre Rissient (The Lady and the Duke ), all of whom will be in attendance along with other notables and film aficionados.

Chef Ludo, who is best known for his tenure at LA’s L’Orangerie and Bastide, was named one of the World’s 50 Greatest Chefs by Relais & Chateaux and was nominated by the James Beard Foundation for a Rising Star chef Award.
