New ‘Dark Knight Rises’ TV Spot Reveals Thomas Lennon, Nolan on Bane's Voice and a New Trailer

We’ve almost reached single digits in our collective countdown to The Dark Knight Rises. It opens July 20 and with the press tour in full swing, more and more little tidbits and reveals are hitting the Internet. The latest is a brand new TV spot that shows, in the two hour and 45 minute film, there is some real humor. One joke is courtesy of John Blake (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) and others are from a doctor played by famous comedic actor Thomas Lennon (Reno 911, I Love You, Man) who we didn’t know was in the film. These are both brand new scenes making this, in an odd way, the most spoiler filled clip yet.

Also, Christopher Nolan was recently asked about the change in Bane’s voice from the first IMAX screening of the film’s opening to now and you’ll be surprised at what he said.

Then, as if that wasn’t enough, there’s even a new trailer. Check it all out below.
