Taylor Lautner Will Get Waxed at Madame Tussauds

Taylor Lautner is gonna get waxed.

Another "Twilight" star is set to get the wax statue treatment as a Taylor Lautner replica will be unveiled at Madame Tussauds London in January, according to the attraction's Official Site.

The announcement was made as part of the birthday celebration of the attraction's founder. Prime Minister David Cameron, David and Victoria Beckham, Helen Mirren, Russell Brand and even Queen Elizabeth herself joined a wax figure of Madame Marie Tussaud in a party scene to mark her 250th birthday on Dec. 1.

Marie Tussaud created her first wax figure (of Voltaire) in 1777, when she was just 16 years old. Today, Madame Tussauds is a major tourist attraction in London with branches in a number of major cities (including, of course, New York), displaying waxworks of historical and royal figures, movie stars, sports stars and famous murderers.

Besides Taylor Lautner (which will be displayed next to the statue of Robert Pattinson), some other upcoming statues in 2012 include English diver Tom Daley and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Hmm... with the inclusion of Taylor Lautner, could a K.Stew figure be too far behind? We imagine the display will seem a bit incomplete without her.

Anyway, if you've never been to Madame Tussauds in New York City (or anywhere else where there might be a Madame Tussauds), you should check it out sometime. You're in for a fascinating experience, and one that can be more than a little creepy (especially around Halloween).
