With the new year just around the corner, it’s no surprise that Gofobo will once again have new and exciting screenings to share with it’s fans in January, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves, we still have a few days left of 2015 to enjoy. With screenings for Joy, Point Break, The Hateful Eight and others still available before the end of the year, 2015 is ending with a big bang when it comes to films hitting theaters. From action to comedy and dramas, there’s something for everyone this holiday season. A list of screenings towards the end of December is below:

• The Hateful Eight
• The Revenant
• The Forest
• Joy
But come the first of the year, there will be fun screenings for the entire family. From animated films great for all ages, to the war drama 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, these films are on the list for potential screenings, so keep a close eye on your emails and make sure to check Gofobo’s website to see some of the new years first films. Are you ready for more of Gofobo’s amazing sweepstakes? Gofobo is excited to remind you of giveaways that are happening right now and what we are bringing you in the new year! Not only will we have all new prizes in the new year for you to win, but we’ll more chances for you to win with our amazing sweepstakes!
First, let us remind you about the sweepstakes that are still currently being offered and are about to end. You won’t want ot miss out on these free giveaways, for they include our MoviePass and our Dealflicks giveaways, both of which are about to end on December 31. Then we have the Zoolander sweepstakes, which ends on December 25, and is offering a gift set, which includes a copy of the movie and extras. Then there are the two Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation sweepstakes, one is giving away a gift pack and all five films on Blu-Ray and the other is just the 5 films on Blu-Ray, which both end on January 5. Then finally there is the Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension sweepstakes which is offering you the chance to win a digital download of the movie, which ends on January 5 also. All of these sweepstakes, except the MoviePass and Dealflicks sweepstakes, offer more than one individual the chance to win.
But for the new year, Gofobo will be offering many new sweepstakes for users, giving you the chance to win even more! From swag to movie tickets, Gofobo is constantly offering exciting sweepstakes for you to win. Of the sweepstakes that are going to be offered beginning in January there will be a giveaway of a DVD copy of Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse, Apocalypse, Captive, Broad City and Sleeping with other People. All of these will more than likely offer more than one winner, which means more chances for you to win. For Gofobo’s next quarterly sweepstakes, which are our biggest giveaways, Gofobo will be offering a years subscription to a streaming site, but which one is still a surprise and will be revealed come January.

Well that frustration will soon be coming to an end with Gofobo Local. A new add on that will allow users to see what is happening in their areas, localized and organized. From screenings, events and ticket sweepstakes Gofobo Local will showcase these by region, for example Southern California, with easy access to share it on your own social media for your friends to see.
Gofobo Local is designed to make your lives easier and make it easier to find that specific screening or event you’ve been looking for. On top of making it easier to find screenings and events for your specific area, there will also be sweepstakes that are region specific. These sweepstakes usually consist of ticket sweepstakes, where you are able to enter to win tickets to a showing for an upcoming film in your area.
By bringing our users this option, we hope to create a seamless and simple format for our users to enjoy and find events to enjoy near them. Gofobo has sponsored events for some time now, and we hope this will give you the opportunity to explore more of the events that Gofobo advertises. From tickets to Broadway musicals, various sports events and even the occasional 5k, Gofobo has a variety of events for you to explore and enjoy.
