May is the start of summer in the movie business and the summer flicks are upon us! Not only are we going to have tons of exciting screenings in the coming weeks, but we’ll also be giving away some exciting and awesome prizes through our sweepstakes. From movie tickets to gift cards for various theaters and online subscriptions, the sweepstakes over the next couple of months are hot and you don’t want to miss participating in any of them.
But you really want to hear about the movies that Gofobo will be offering tickets for in the next month. There’s a couple of big movies on the list right now, with X-Men: Apocalypse hitting theaters in just a few weeks and The Nice Guys coming out in May also, but the big hitters are going to hit Gofobo’s website towards the end of May. Tickets for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows and for Independence Day: Resurgence will be available for you to get in late May and early June. Told you we had some big movies on the list. Not only do we have the huge blockbusters that we know everyone has been anticipating, we also have films like Me Before You and Central Intelligence on the screening schedule and list. It’s time to get excited to go see some movies!

That’s a hefty list of movies for you to get free screening tickets too. But that’s not all that you can be excited for in the coming months. With the chance to win an HBO gift card (for two free months of HBO Go for free!) and an AMC theaters gift card up for grabs, you should definitely be excited for the sweepstakes that Gofobo is currently hosting. Those aren’t it though, there will also be winners of some awesome merchandise and tickets to various screenings we are offering in the coming month. Remember, they always are updating so you never want to wait a while to check what we are giving away, because you’ll definitely miss out.
You read that right, Gofobo will be covering Comic-Con International: San Diego this summer. The event is one of the most anticipated events of the year and we are thrilled to bring all the action to you at home through our social media and our growing blog. But we need you, our fans, help leading up to the event. With everything that we can anticipate to see at the convention (which is a lot and more than one person can do) we are going to plan on having you give us your two cents on what you want us to cover. What do you want to see from Comic-Con? Think about that for a minute as we cover our plan for the next couple of months leading up to the hot tamale of conventions.
With so much to get ready for, we are going to get everyone prepared as Comic-Con comes closer and closer on the calendar (I mean it’s only a little over two months away). This “getting you prepared” is going to be a slew of blog articles that look back at previous years at Comic-Con and looks forward at what we could possibly see at this year’s convention. The Gofobo team has been working diligently, to bring you the best experience from Comic-Con International: San Diego, especially for those of you at home. With that in mind, it’s crucial for us to know what you want to see, so that we’ll be able to bring the latest news right to you, via your phone or computer, real time from the convention. The majority of this news will be released via our blog, but that won’t be the only place for you to find the latest news from San Diego.
We will also be covering the entire event on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. Through these accounts we’ll be having live feeds for you to see and experience the convention floor, as if you were really there.
With all that being said, let’s get back to this whole idea of you, our fans, telling us what you want to see. You’ll want to follow this link so that you’ll be able to give us your opinion about what is the most important panel for us to cover. Of course we will be covering as many panels as possible, but to narrow down the playing field, we want to hear what you really want to see above all else.
